These services utilise advanced software including 360 degree rotation without the usual split lines found in most other laser systems for rotary applications as well as being able to engrave curved surfaces without deformation. The unique cool laser system with up to 300 x 300 mm footprint can cut leather and similar products without thermal damage to the surface of the leather and can cut fine highly detailed shapes, adjustment holes, stitching holes up to 5 mm thickness. The system specially built for us, will engrave cardboard, fabrics, glass, wood and plastics without charring, deformation allowing customers to save money on dies, to order small quantities and have the added benefit of inhouse design services.

From the ability of smart engraving of logos, text and images for both flat and rotary designs, the company's advanced 3D lasers can produce stunning accurate and detailed 3D profile engraving into metals. With layer detail down to 0.005 mm, the level of accuracy is unparalleled against conventional laser engraving and is used to produce tool steel stamping blanks, embossing dies and prestige buckles and jewellery.

Diamond engravers advanced cool laser technology is employed to provide laser engraving to organic products, principally fabric, wood, card, plastic, leather and glass without thermal damage, charring or burning with heat. The laser beam is cooled and uses short-wavelength (around 355 nm) for precise, "cold marking" (photochemical ablation) on delicate materials, creating fine, high-contrast marks without significant heat damage, making it ideal for medical devices, electronics, plastics, and glass where precision and material integrity are critical, unlike hotter IR or CO2 lasers. This technology is available for both flat and rotary applications.

Other options for engraving include Diamond Drag engraving to etch the surface of the metal, Diamond drag engraving is a mechanical etching process that uses a diamond-tipped tool to scratch designs into the surface of various metals. It produces a traditional, polished, and highly durable engraving that is resistant to wear and tear.

The last engraving system we use is sandblast engraving often called sand carving, is a process where abrasive materials are fired at a surface under high pressure to erode and etch designs. Unlike laser engraving, which burns the surface, sandblasting allows for deep, tactile grooves and a consistent frosted finish and is primarily used to engrave glass and crystal with superb detailed results and a smooth frosted finish, which can be coloured in gold or silver for greater aesthetic appeal.

Laser cutting as opposed to engraving is produced on several of our machines from accurate cutting of leather without burning, to plastic, brass, aluminium, steel and sterling silver. Our new system can also cut glass shapes out of glass bottles or plate.
