We are an approved supplier to Cheshire East Council and endeavour to meet all requirements and obligations concerning the style and safety of the products we supply. We are members of the North and South Cheshire Chambers of Commerce and the East Cheshire Chamber of Commerce and are an approved supplier to Cheshire County Council supporting the local community when we can.
Diamond Engravers are one of the most technically advanced engraving service companies in the UK using the latest most advanced cool laser technology, sandblasting facilities, diamond drag engraving, MOPA fibre lasers, 3D laser engravers with 360 degree continuous rotary, complementary repair and restore facilities, brazing, tumbling, polishing, electroplating and hypo allergenic ceramic coating all in our factory. We also design and make products, so we are likely one of a few company's in the UK that can provide all these services in-house.
Our company will work with the school, submitting the most appropriate options to match the brief and requirements, whether it be a stock line or a custom make to order award or trophy. The company will present a visual layout before any work is undertaken, ensuring full compliance so that any potential errors are rectified prior to the production of the award.
SAFETY
As many trophies and awards are made with metal and substrates that can be sharp, Diamond Engravers remove any burrs or sharp edges wherever possible, all trophies and awards are inspected prior to delivery to the customer. For example all the trophy plates we apply to the trophies have rounded corners, the engraving is precision with no burrs or splinIn addition - We provide several other support facilities, repairs if the trophy is damaged, polishing for presentation day and where the trophy or award has some historical significance, we can photo the trophy or award record all the recipients and dates, in case the trophy is lost or stolen and provide a replacement’s and all trophies and awards are thoroughly cleaned before being packed.
If the school has a unique requirement, we can design and manufacture the award or trophy to a given brief, a typical scenario could be a sustainability award or similar - this will mean the careful selection of the raw material, for example with organic products we use cool laser technology, this engraving system does not charr, cause thermal damage or deform the product and can be applied to virtually any organic material.
The standard off the shelf products we purchase either directly from the manufacturer or through a quality vetted wholesaler. We can supply and cover every category with a dedicated themed trophy or award and every one of them can be personalised with the school logo or appropriate text. We have two personnel who are both technical and sales orientated who can visit the school in our catchment area to discuss any project and make recommendations.
