Diamond engravers produces all types of custom signage using hardwoods, thermoplastics, solid surface materials, brass, stainless steel and aluminium materials. As a designer and manufacturer we are able to offer both individual customers and businesses a bespoke service that takes into account their requirements from a design and finish, whether it is for outdoor or indoor applications.

Typical uses include memorials in many forms, from caskets, bench signs, plaques, keyrings and anythingt that the famility would like a a keepsake. We provide dedicated golf signage, office door signs, memorials, tree stakes and labels.

Our house signs can be made from combinations of materials, specially designed for outdoor use. From solid brass mounted on solid surface material, wood which is treated hardwood and engraved, stainless steel, ceramic coated metal house signs all custom made to order.

For businesses, we make machine signs, awards and trophies, restoration car vin plates and many other signs that need to be engraved with logos, designs.

Diamond engravers have multiple machines with C02 lasers to cope with footprints of 900 x 600 mm engraving area, and the opportunity of taklng longer pieces that will will fit through the side panels. The capability of these machines up to 180 watt total power is more than enough for most applications, whether it be cutting out materials or engraving. The C02 machines are also fitted with rotary to offer 360 degree engraving.

Fibre lasers, from 20 watt to 60 watt 3D MOPA, high performance metal engraving machines that include flat and rotary engraving and provides comprehensive engraving up to 175 x 175 mm, and rotary uo to 90 mm diameter. The 3D laser is capable of producing fine detail sculptured engraving like logos for crests on signet rings or belt buckles as well as gifts. Engraving in colour on stainless steel, white to black and colourfilled options provide our customers with the optimal solution for their engraving needs.
